Most soap fans love a good wedding, but when Emma Samms tied the knot as Fallon in Dynasty, it turned into one of the longest days of her life.

"As an episode it looked beautiful, but shooting it was quite a marathon because we started at 5.30 in the morning and didn't finish until about midnight," she told the Press Association.

"And my beautiful pink wedding dress, I couldn't sit down in so I was a bit knackered by the end of the day to say the least.

"It was such a long day that they had to have two sets of flowers because by 8pm they'd all wilted under the lights - as had I somewhat, but they didn't have two sets of actresses," she laughs.

Fans of Dynasty can relive the magic of episodes such as that when it begins a repeat run on CBS Drama from November 16.
