Doctor Who's next adventure, the eagerly awaited Waters of Mars, will be broadcast on Sunday, November 15.
It's the second of four specials - the last of which will be David Tennant's last outing as the Time Lord.
Lindsay Duncan and Peter O'Brien will guest star alongside Tennant.
Executive producer and co-writer Russell T Davies says the episode will be dedicated to former producer Barry Letts, who died last month: "He was one of the finest producers of Doctor Who and many programmes. He actually produced the Jon Pertwee years. And then he cast Tom Baker. He cast Lis Sladen (Sarah Jane Smith) as well.
"He was an extraordinary figure in Doctor Who history and in pop culture. So, of course, we wanted to have that tribute to him on screen."
