One half of the Dirty Sanchez crew doesn't mean half the laughs, pain, or eye-watering moments. The crazy duo are still pushing the limits of humour, adventure and downright stupidity. This time they're travelling the world, taking part in forgotten tribal rituals - suffering unimaginable pain along the way in order to find the ultimate high.

First stop is Brazil, where the boys try a series of completely mental tribal rituals and mind-bending herbal highs. You can also see the duo try Kalapalo Wrestling - the ancient rite of passage where Kalapalo warriors scar their arms with Piranha teeth before a wrestling fight.

Will this be enough to curb their exploits? "We're after the perfect trip but we want a return ticket" says Dainton... Find out if the boys make it back to The Valleys and survive their crazy antics.
