Mousehole
Before heading on into Penzance, detour along the coastal road south to Mousehole. It's usually best to park along the road well before you reach the village rather than negotiate the twisting streets which can be jam-packed in season.
This is a quite captivating little fishing village, full of steep streets, craft shops and views. The Old Coastguard has enterprising food and a lovely shoreside garden.
