Hotel Meliá Valencia Palace

My three nights in Valencia were based at the contemporary five start hotel Meliá Valencia Palace. Located next to Valencia's dried up Turia riverbed, the hotel is central to the City of Arts and Sciences and within walking distance of the old town and sea-front.

• Staying in the chosen hotel of Spain's Royal family and politicians. We even had a peek at the bedroom where His Majesty Juan Carlos 1st sleeps when he visits Valencia.
