This will be no ordinary picnic… Enjoy organic salmon, ham hock terrine, pan-fried Sussex free range chicken breast with Serrano ham and heavenly double chocolate truffle torte. Children’s picnics are at the reasonable price of £9.95 per child.

Children’s Activities

If you reside at the Hotel you can rest assured that your little ones will be well entertained throughout your stay. Children from 3 months to 3 years can join in Ashdown’s Tiggers Tots activities for free which includes a visit to the nearby Lama park, a special Winnie the Pooh tea and milk and cookies at bedtime. Children aged 3 to 12 can join in Ashdown’s Little Adventurers day for just £9 which includes giant garden games amongst other activities. Ashdown’s Forest Rangers is applicable to 13 to 16 year olds at a price of just £15 and includes tickets to local attractions, use of the tennis courts and swimming pool and much more.
