Win a ski holiday

1.This competition is open to Tiscali members in the UK only. All entrants must be over 18 years old.

2. This competition is NOT open to employees of Tiscali or any agency connected with this competition or family members of any of these organisations.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. No cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The closing date for the competition is 12 January 2007. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending email or postcard is not proof of receipt of entry. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

6. The Prize is: A week's holiday for two to the Austrian Tirol including 7 nights half board accommodation in a 3* hotel in Obergurgl, a 6 day lift pass and return BA flights from Gatwick to Innsbruck, to be taken between 11th and 18th April 2007.
The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in the 2006/7 ski season. The winners must be over 18 at the time of travel and should be complete beginner skiers. No cash alternative will be given.

7. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Tiscali. Winners agree to grant Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

8. The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
