The LE40M87 is another fantastic value TV from Samsung, which has an enviable knack of producing TVs that hit all the sweet spots. This manages to boast a pretty design, a 40-inch screen, a 1080p display and three HDMI inputs -- all for £800. It's a real bargainWe Like: Styling; picture quality; ease of use; connectivity
We Don't Like: Sound is weak and unimpressive; remote control is slow to respond

Judgement: If you want a 1080p screen at a remarkably low price, this is probably the TV for you. It's a good performer and beautifully designed. It has a few annoying quirks, but it's a solid LCD television
