The Canon HF10 definitely deserves a spot on your short list of potential home-movie camcorders. This dual flash memory combines 16GB of built-in flash memory and a slot for SDHC. Its performance is above average for its class, and footage retains a significant amount of detail

We Like: Excellent video quality; fast focus; compact, attractive and comfortable design

We Don't Like: Wind filter not as dependable as previous Canon models; manual focus pretty useless

Judgement: Canon's dual flash-based camcorder, the Canon HF10, delivers excellent HD video quality and performance in a tiny package
