Cool-er is a lesser known player in the e-book reader market, but recently snapped up a major win, partnering with Google to launch what it says is the biggest online e-book store, being more than 40 times larger than Waterstones and six times bigger than Amazon’s Kindle store.The company reckons that, within the next five or six years, a quarter of the UK population will own an e-reader each of which will be able to store as many books as are in the British Library.The Cool-er reader was on display at a recent event in London.
