LONDON (Reuters) - Second seed Roger Federer beat Andy Roddick of the United States 5-7 7-6 7-6 3-6 16-14 in an epic Wimbledon final to win his sixth title at the All England Club on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Swiss now stands alone as the winner of 15 grand slam titles after sharing the record of 14 with American Pete Sampras, who watched the match from the Royal Box on Centre Court.
