Returns

Returns policies will vary from merchant to merchant, but will be equal to or better than any returns policy that you will come across in a store that you visit in person. Our merchants all give details of their returns policies on their sites. If you cannot find these, email the merchant with your query and they will send you the returns policy.

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, contact the merchant as soon as possible to detail the problem. You may need to send the item back or arrange for it to be collected. If it is damaged or does not fit the description given you will be eligible for a complete refund as this will come under the Sale Of Goods Act. Our merchants will be concerned to provide you with complete customer satisfaction.

If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, you are within your rights to do so. If the order has already been dispatched to you and is in perfect condition, you may have to pay the delivery charge or the return postage. Many merchants will send you packaging to return goods if you cancel an order. Otherwise you will need to re-address it yourself.

It is important to retain the packaging and to ensure that you know the correct address for returning goods. Check with the merchant before returning an order so that you are sure where to send it. If possible, specifiy a named recipient so you can be sure it has arrived. On receipt of the goods, the supplier will be able to refund your money.
