During your lifetime, your bra size will change a number of times. M&S advise you how to make sure you're always getting the pefect fit.
With so many factors affecting breast size (excess weight, medication, contraceptive pills, menstrual cycle, weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy and menopause to name a few!) it’s important to buy new bras every year to make sure you’re wearing the correct size for your current shape.
When you’re buying a new bra, check the following:

Underband is sitting horizontally around the body. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band comfortably.

Centre front of bra should sit flat against the chest.

Bust is contained fully within cup.

Seams or wires are not digging into/resting on any breast tissue (front or under the arm).

Straps are secure but not tight. If you remove bra straps, bra continues to support the breast.

How do I stop bra straps from leaving a mark or digging into my shoulders?
Bra straps shouldn't leave marks or dig in. It can lead to headaches and other health problems.
Try adjusting the straps. If it still happens, you bra is the wrong size and isn't supporting you so too much weight is being carried on your shoulders. Have a professional fitting to give you your correct bra size.
How do I stop my bust from bulging out over the top of my bra?
You may want to try a different style bra with more cup coverage. If that doesn't help, you are probably wearing the wrong size bra.
