1st and 2nd class don't exist; for a quicker service ask for espresso. There is a flat rate for all EC countries (postcards are cheaper). Post offices are open approx. 0830-1345 Mon.-Fri. (0830-1245 Sat.) and sometimes until 1600 in large towns.
