Woolly Milk-cap

Height up to 8cm

Orange cap is marked with darker concentric rings and covered with a peach-coloured coat of woolly fibres. Widespread and common in deciduous woods, mostly under birch. Gills white. Yields white milk. Widespread and common in autumn.
