Butter Cap/Greasy Tough Shank

Most easily identified by cap's greasy, buttery texture. Widespread and common in both deciduous and coniferous woodland. Gills and flesh are whitish. Tough stem is pale brown, tapers upwards and is bulbous at the base. Appears autumn.
