Lady's Bedstraw

Height up to 30cm

Branched perennial of dry grassland. Widespread and common throughout. 4-angled stems carry narrow leaves with rolled margins in whorls of 8­12 and blacken when dry. The only yellow flowered bedstraw; dense clusters appear June­September.
