US track athlete and 400-metre hurdler. Between 1977 and 1987 he ran 122 races without defeat.

gold 400-metre hurdles 1983, 1987
He first broke the world record in 1976, and set a time of 47.02 seconds in 1983. He was twice Olympic champion and twice world champion.
