De Palma started his career by making experimental films such as
Hi, Mom! (1968) with a young Robert De Niro. Other films include
Sisters (1973),
Carrie (1976),
Obsession (1976),
Blow Out (1981),
Scarface (1983),
Body Double (1984),
The Untouchables (1987),
Bonfire of the Vanities (1990),
Carlito's Way (1993), and
