Napalm

Fuel used in flamethrowers and incendiary bombs. Produced from jellied petrol, it is a mixture of naphthenic and palmitic acids. Napalm causes extensive burns because it sticks to the skin even when aflame. It was widely used by the US Army during the Vietnam War, and by Serb forces in the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
