he/she/they
After certain indefinite pronouns, such as anyone and neither, it is traditional in standard English to use the masculine singular pronouns he, him and his. However, it is increasingly being seen as invidious to implicitly exclude women and girls by using he rather than she, and they is now widely used instead.
