office suite
Set of bundled programs designed especially for business use. An office suite will typically contain a spreadsheet, scheduling and presentation software, word processing software, a database, and e-mail facilities. The programs are set up to work individually and together, so that the user can (for example) create a report with charts created from a spreadsheet, and then e-mail the document to a list of clients selected from the database. Popular office suites include Lotus SmartSuite and Microsoft Office.
