This document sets out the terms and conditions under which the "World for Free" promotion (the "Promotion") is offered to You ("You"). By accepting the Promotion, You agree to be legally bound to the Terms and Conditions with (1) Tiscali UK Limited (the "Promoter") (2) TLC Marketing plc (the "Company") as set out below.

PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

1) Subject to the other terms and conditions below, the Promotion entitles You to receive a TLC World for Free Voucher for one week's free holiday accommodation in a selection of destinations, subject to the chosen destination and the date of travel being available (the "Voucher").

2) The Promotion is only available:
a) to UK residents aged 18 years or over (21 years if to or from the USA), excluding (i) employees of the Promoter or the Company (ii) anyone professionally connected to the Promotion or their immediate families or (iii) the Promoter's current customers of internet access services;
b) where You have successfully registered for the Company's dial up and broadband internet access services and provided full and correct name and address details at the time of such registration; and have used the service to access the Internet within 7 days of registering (excluding broadband) and
c) where You book accommodation through Going Places Promotions to be used in conjunction with the Promotion as set out in the provisions below.

3) The Promotion is open until 30th November 2004.

4) The TLC World for Free holiday apartment voucher is subject to each customer purchasing flights through Going Places Promotions at competitive rates.

5) The TLC World for Free offer is available for a minimum of 2 adults and maximum of 4 sharing self-catering accommodation for one week in any of the designated worldwide destinations, based on full occupancy, and subject to promotional availability.

6) Additional apartments can be sourced for family members at a price to be determined by the relevant tour operator or airline at the time of booking.

7) You can choose to extend your stay by a second week, please ask for further details. A second week is subject to availability.

8) The accommodation provided is fully furnished and well equipped. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included as part of the TLC World for Free offer.

9) Arrival and departure taxes may apply and are extra. Please ask Going Places for details at time of booking.

10) You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and will be asked to pay the resort directly. You may be asked to pay a breakage deposit upon arrival.

11) Transfers are not included in the offer but prices can be supplied at the time of booking.

12) The majority of apartments are available for booking within 6 months of the date of departure. Some of the best holiday apartments are available the later you are able to make your booking.

13) Holidays must be booked through the Going Places Promotions central reservations line on 0870 191 3505 by quoting TLC World for Free offer.

14) All bookings must be made by 31st January 2005.

15) Any 'Additional Travel Arrangement' payments, including a 2% booking fee, will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

16) All bookings and issuing of tickets will be handled by Going Places Promotions.

17) The TLC World for Free offer is only valid for new bookings. The voucher can only be used for new bookings made on 0870 191 3505 before 31st January 2005.

18) Strictly one booking per voucher and household.

19) Going Places Holidays bookings terms and conditions apply. The Promoter, its agents and distributors have no liability in relation to the holiday.

20) All passengers should ensure that they have a valid passport and visa, if necessary.

21) No changes can be made to the free week once the booking has been confirmed. Any changes or cancellations to the additional services will be made in line with standard terms and conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.

22) Holidays are subject to promotional availability at all times and are strictly limited during public, bank and school holiday periods.

23) Any person taking advantage of this Promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.

24) All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before traveling. Whilst purchase of insurance is not mandatory under the terms of this voucher, Going Places Promotions can offer travel insurance at extremely competitive prices.

25) Going Places Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors cannot accept responsibility for failure to present the confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance and travel documents being lost, stolen, destroyed or delayed in the post.

26) Photocopies, defaced or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.

27) The offer is not transferable and is not for sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash. The cash value of the voucher is 0.001p.

28) Going Places acts as agents for MyTravel, protected by ATOL 1179 & ABTA V6896.
