What is a MAC code?
Your MAC (Migration Authority code) lets you switch from one broadband provider to another without losing connection.
Easy to switch
Simply contact your existing broadband provider to obtain your MAC code. This allows you to switch seamlessly between providers. Once you have registered with Tiscali using your MAC code we will arrange everything for you.
When will my service switch to Tiscali?
The switch will take place in 6-10 days. There will be a small 30 minute loss of connection whilst the switch takes place and that's all there is to it.
