‘Local’ and ‘National’ means UK numbers starting 01, 02 and 03.

Call rates are quoted in pence per minute, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of VAT.

8p call connection fee applies to all chargeable calls, excluding inclusive/free calls and any charged with a higher fixed fee per call (e.g. some TV voting lines).

Like all other home phone providers, we charge calls to UK mobiles according to which mobile network first issued the number. For example, Orange first issued all 07973 numbers and so we will charge ‘Orange’ rate even if the number is later ported to ‘3’.

All chargeable calls are rounded up to the next minute.

Charging periods (unless otherwise stated):-

· Daytime means 6am-6pm on weekdays.

· Evening means 6pm-6am, on weekdays.

· Weekend means midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Calls to UK mobiles, 0845 and 0870 numbers are charged at Daytime or Evening rate seven days a week.

Rates in this price list do not apply to calls made with Operator Assistance (including Reverse Charges).

An active Tiscali or BT phone line is required.

We will charge VAT at 15% from 1 December 2008 until 1 January 2010 and call rates quoted on www.tiscali.co.uk/rates pages reflect this. Due to decimal point rounding, some prices quoted might be slightly overstated, but billed amounts will charge VAT at 15%. For more detail, please visit the VAT reduction page.
