BT engineering visits

Customer Own Equipment Fault If the BT engineer is able to repair the fault by unplugging a piece of the customer’s equipment or wiring with no further investigation, then only the call-out charge will apply. Other charges may apply for connecting, moving, or reconnecting phone lines.

Tiscali does not profit from the above charges: they are passed on from BT at cost-plus-VAT.
