	General Information
	Call rates are quoted in pence per minute unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of VAT.
	All chargeable calls are rounded up to the next minute.
	7p call connection fee applies to all chargeable calls excluding any calls charged at a fixed fee per call and any of the unlimited/free UK calls.
	Calls to UK mobiles are charged at the rate of the Network who first issued the number.

	Any prices listed in the pricing updates section will take precedence over this document.
	Tiscali Charging Periods
	Unless otherwise stated:
	Day:	6am - 6pm, Mon - Sun
	Evening:	6pm - 6am, Mon - Sun
	Weekend:	midnight Fri to midnight Sun
	Note: calls to UK mobiles, 0845 and 0870 numbers will be charged at Day or Evening rate 7 days a week.

	Local and national numbers are those beginning with 01, 02 and 03 only
