Operating system

For Windows Vista, XP and 2000, you are required to have administrative privileges.
Email clients
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 (recommended)
  • Microsoft Outlook 2003 (recommended)
  • Microsoft Outlook 2002
  • Microsoft Outlook 2000*
  • Microsoft Windows Mail
  • Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0 or above
* For Outlook 2000, you require Microsoft service release 1 (SR1) or above. For all other clients we recommend the latest service pack.

  • Minimum of 56Kbps dial up modem
  • LAN-based using standard TCP/IP
  • DSL, ADSL, cable modem
If you are using a firewall / proxy, Secure Mail must be able to communicate with the application back-end.

  • Pentium 233 MHz (recommended: Pentium 500MHz or greater)
  • 128 MB RAM (recommended: 256 MB or greater)
