As an Associate with an established team you should now take on the role of leader and ensure you nurture all your Associate business requirements as best you can.
This doesn't mean you have to pander to their every need but keep them informed and motivated on a continually basis.
Some leaders find the best way to do this is by sending weekly or monthly mass emails to the entire team. Providing them with updates, advice, tips and suggestions on how to improve and propel their business forward.
New Associates want to succeed and will look to leaders in the group to achieve this. They know the best way to achieve what you have is to emulate your actions within the network.
