Switching to Tiscali business broadband

How do I switch to Tiscali business broadband from other service providers?
Switching to Tiscali is easy. Please see below for our helpful step by step approach on how to change your broadband provider.
1. Obtain your MAC Code from your current broadband provider.
2. Go to www.tiscali.co.uk/products/business/ and choose one of our great value business broadband offers and follow the simple online instructions. The number checker will recognise you already have broadband on your line and you will be presented with an option to enter your MAC Code.
3. Enter your MAC code when prompted and continue through registration as normal. After registration you will receive a confirmation email with further detail as to when the switch will occur. The switch will usually occur within 6-10 days from the date you registered.
If you don't yet have a MAC...
You will need to call your current Broadband service provider to obtain a MAC.

What is a MAC?
Your MAC is a Migration Authorisation Code which allows you to seamlessly switch from one broadband provider to another without having to wait weeks to cease your line and re-register with another provider. Your provider MUST supply you with a MAC within 5 days of your request.
When will my service switch to Tiscali?
Once you have completed your Tiscali order, we will send regular updates to your contact email address on the progress of your order together with a welcome pack containing everything you need to get you started. It will only take between 6 and 10 working days to transfer your broadband service to Tiscali. You will be automatically connected to the service on the day of the switch where you may experience a 30 minute period without connectivity. Please access our FAQS for further information.
Will my MAC code expire?
Yes, MAC Codes do expire. You must use it 30 days from when it is issued or it will no longer be valid. If your MAC code does expire you will need to call your service provider and ask them to issue you another one.
