Tiscali UK, the internet and broadband company, today announces a deal with the French subsidiary of Telecom Italia's Alice brand to extend its European online advertising service into France. This builds upon Tiscali's existing network in six countries where it has its own online presence. The agreement, the first of its kind for Tiscali, means that clients will benefit from having one UK based contact managing the roll-out of their Pan-European advertising campaigns.
Alex Hole, Commercial Director for Tiscali UK says: "With internet advertising now reaching over 13%* of advertising revenue in the UK and expected to shortly overtake newspaper display advertising, our new offering provides a much needed service. In line with this growth we are expanding our European proposition accordingly."
The proposition will allow advertisers and their agencies to engage in multi-country campaigns more efficiently. It will be attractive to anyone with a pan-European brief looking for efficient, consistent and cost-effective roll-outs to premium audiences.
Tiscali is looking for additional premium partners to complement its offering and extend its reach both to more countries and relevant target groups. The Tiscali's Pan Euro media proposition has the ability to target over 1 Billion page views and over 20 million unique users in 7 European countries on a monthly basis.
