Tiscali Press Release - Tiscali partners Lloyds TSB Insurance in two-year deal

Tiscali UK, the internet communications company, has extended the breadth and reach of its insurance offering by signing a two-year six figure deal with Lloyds TSB Insurance.

Under the deal Lloyds TSB Insurance car, home, travel and pet insurance offerings will be integrated into the Tiscali site as an essential part of the money section of its portal. Lloyds TSB Insurance brings wider choice of products and instant quotes to Tiscali's online insurance offering.

Nils Kirk, Senior Manager Corporate Relationship at Lloyds TSB Insurance says: "I'm over the moon to have the opportunity of working with Tiscali over the next two years. Tiscali expects to see both increased traffic and ecommerce via the deal as online insurance has one of the highest pull through's on the internet with 25% of UK consumers having browsed the internet for insurance and 10% of consumers having purchased insurance online.
