TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya said Thursday that an accord to end a political crisis has failed after de facto leader Roberto Micheletti announced he would form a new cabinet without Zelaya.
Zelaya said through a representative that he would not recognise the results of November 29 presidential elections.
