Kanye West says "Thank You" with new book
Enlarge imageNEW YORK (Billboard) - Rapper Kanye West will make his literary debut early next year with a book titled "Thank You and You’re Welcome," co-authored by Sakiya Sandifer.
The book is an "entertaining volume of ’Kanye-isms’ -- the creative, humorous and insightful philosophies and anecdotes used in creating my path to success. It captures the same wit, playful irony and piercing insight found abundant in my lyrics," he writes on his blog (http://www.kanyeunivercity.com).
"In ’Thank You And You’re Welcome!’ I deliver my personal message uncensored, without any five-second delay or media distortion."
West said the book would be available for $10 (4.80 pounds) and that he would post sample pages on his site in coming weeks.
