PERUGIA, ITALY - The lawyer of the family of slain British student Meredith Kercher, Francesco Maresca, leaves the courthouse on October 28, 2008 in the central Italian city of Perugia. Kercher, 22, a student from Leeds University who was studying in Perugia as part of the Erasmus exchange program, was found dead in her Perugia flat on November 1, 2007 with her throat cut. An Italian judge is to issue a first verdict in the case on one of the three suspects, Ivorian immigrant Rudy Guede, and rule whether the other two, American Amanda Knox and Italian Raffaele Sollecito, must stand trial in the case.
