NAHARIYA, ISRAEL - An Israeli fisherman casts his rod as an Israeli Navy missile boat patrols the Mediterranean Sea at sunset just south of the Lebanese border as life slowly returns to normal August 15, 2006 in the northern Israeli border town of Nahariya. A day after the UN-brokered ceasefire went into effect, some life is returning to the streets of the town, which suffered about 600 Katyusha rocket hits during the 34-day-long conflict between Israel and the Lebanese Hezbollah militia.
