More on Dirty Feel here:
The Dirty Feel are a three-piece heavy-weight rock funk band.A dynamic trio likened to Cream, Led Zep, the Chilli Peppers and The Meters.
Formed in early 2002, they honed their unique sound in the filthy rehersal rooms of north london before exciting audiences and promoters alike.
The Dirty Feel's electric, energetic and down-right blowing up performances have to be seen to be belived.
Lead vocals are shared between band members who write and arrange their songs together. Since Up All Night promotions gave them a monthly residency at The Buffalo Bar (islington, London), The Dirty Feel have amassed a hardcore of rock, punk and funk followers who all come together to feel the dirt.
Distributed by the band on foot,it has been snapped up by Roughtrade and other leading independant record shops.
The single has been selling out, now well into its 3rd month in shops. With orders coming from as far afield as Tokyo and Minnesota,it seems word of mouth is talking loud for the band that can back up the hype.
Other reviews of the band have said:
"The Dirty Feel are a 3-peice heavywieght rock funk band that hark back to the legendary era of Cream and Led Zeppelin. They build up one solid vision of dynamic, meaty grooves and add some immense lead guitar work on top....." - ROUGH TRADE RECORDS
