Originally recorded in the kitchen studios of his brother's cottage in Devon and first released on Seth's very own I-Scream Records, Freedom Fields is a testament to raw talent, unfettered musicianship and far-sighted DIY determination. Like its predecessor, (the acclaimed Mercury Music Prize-nominated Kitty Jay), the subject matter is Seth's beloved West Country. Bolstered by word-of-mouth, critical acclaim and a recent UK tour enjoyed by over 15,000 fans, I-Scream has clocked up a remarkable 35,000 UK album sales.

Seth's discerning recent signing to Relentless puts him in good company: both KT Tunstall and Joss Stone have become household names without compromising their distinctive styles.
