TISCALI RELEASE DIGITAL SHOWCASE ALBUM

Tiscali Showcase - Volume 1 is a collection of 17 of the best tracks from signed and unsigned artists who have graced the Tiscali Showcase stage for the last 18 months.

Featuring The Suffrajets - a feisty girl band whose performances always prove riotous, MTV adored Four Day Hombre, androgynous post punkers Fleeing New York and Greenwich's own kings of the underground The Alps plus a selection of the best up and coming UK talent.

The monthly Tiscali Showcase nights produced by Tough Cookie have grown from strength to strength over the last two years; showcasing bands such as The Subways, Orson, Sway, Morning Runner and The Crimea who have all gone on to great things. Tiscali Showcase has hosted over 70 bands and all performances are available to view online at www.tiscali.co.uk/showcase.

Tiscali Showcase - Volume 1 is a true "first of its kind release" offering the complete digital experience. A studio album featuring 17 of the hottest tracks from the shows will be available to download for £7.95 from Tiscali Music Downloads and all leading digital retailers. Video footage, interviews and biographies of all the bands will be also be available to view. Tiscali Showcase - Volume 1 is released on Monday 10 July on Tough Cookie Records.

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Tiscali and of agency associated with this prize draw and family members of those persons. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

All entries must be received by midnight 20th July 2006 (UK time) and the draw will take place the following day. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the draw date.

Not valid Saturday nights, not valid at Tring resort, non transferable or refundable, subject to availability.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt of entry.

The prize is as described and no alternative prize is available.

Tiscali's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Tiscali reserves the right to extend the prize draw for as long as necessary in order to get the required sample of survey respondants. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

Entrants acknowledge that their entries, though not the details of the survey, may be released or displayed to the public by Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion or publication of such entries to Tiscali. Winners agree to grant Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
