Busted - Sleeping With The Lights On
Off the back of their last three Top 10 hits ('What I Go To School For', 'Year 3000' and 'You Said No'), not-to-mention a well-received self-titled debut album, Busted return this week with more of the same catchy, sing-a-long guitar-heavy pop. Always an album highlight (and live fave), 'Sleeping With The Light On' gets the full release it always, whilst both formats also include some way-cool bonus tracks and video extras. Don't miss!

hoogibeast - Dark Horse
London-based five-piece hoogibeast release Dark Horse, their new limited edition single on 11th August – a fat slice of electro-pop with a whole heap of attitude.
Dark Horse – three minutes of guitar fizz, keyboard squawks, drumming devilry, and a hook you’ll be lugging around for months.
Melodic leanings and lo-fi sensibilities ambushed by a touch of electronic melodrama, as if the Beach Boys had been mugged by Pavement, disguised in big P-funk wigs, outside a cinema run by The Eels.
As raggedly homemade as Original Pirate Material, as rawly melodic as Revolver, hoogibeast 's debut Dark Horse is a big, uncouth slap in the fat, bloated face of manufactured pop.

P Diddy - Let's Get III
Having been bitten by the dance bug during a well-publicised season in Ibiza last summer, P Diddy's debut house record finally gets a full release this week.
A collaboration between the hip-hop don and UK producer Nellee Hooper, 'Let's Get Ill' is a pile-driving slab of dark, chunky house (all warped basslines, tough beats and Diddy's shouty vocals) that's already caused a bit of a storm this summer.
Whilst the remixes, from Darren Emerson and Deep Dish, add slightly different flavours for a variety of house tastes.

Mckay - Take Me Over
Lifted from her brilliant self-titled debut album (an album which Mixmag described as '...scintillating'), 'Take Me Over' is further proof, not that it were needed, of the sheer class and talent embodied in this Bronx-born singer/songwriter. Uplifting and stirring, this is a soulful, yet laidback, groover that screams summer time, not-to-mention screams the arrival of an incredible talent.
Both formats also include a bonus track and a remix.

Kings Of Leon - Molly's Chambers
More than fulfilling all the early hype and promise, Kings Of Leon return this week with the latest stroke of 70's tinted rock brilliance from their superb debut album, 'Youth And Young Manhood'.
Another rollicking mix of Deep South country rhythms and good ol' fashioned rawwwk, 'Molly's Chambers' was always an album highlight (not-to-mention the standout from the now deleted 'Holy Roller Novocaine EP') and here it's released with a whole slew of brilliant live tracks. Excellent!

David Sneddon - Best Of Order
The third single from his self-penned Top 5 selling debut album, 'Best Of Order' also happens to be one of David Sneddon's best.
Upping the tempo slightly and heading away from ballad territory, it's a snappy slice of contemporary pop, with a killer chorus, that not only highlights what a genuine talent the Fame Academy winner actually is, but shows that he's all set to be around for a long time to come yet.
Whilst CD1 adds two brand new songs and the video and CD2 live tracks and a live video.

Adema - Unstable
Adema not only lived up to the buzz surrounding their 2001 self-titled debut album; they surpassed it! Their fan base has also been cemented by supports in the UK with Linkin' Park and Soil not-to-mention an almost unheard-of coup-landing on the main stage of the 2001-2 US Ozzfest bills off the back of that first album. Well now they're back, and they're sounding as punishing as ever.
The quintet's brilliant new single, 'Unstable' also comes across two formats with some superb bonustracks, video extras and live stuff. A must for the fans!

Seven - There It Is
Currently one of the most requested tracks on urban radio (and dancefloors), Seven's 'There It Is' is also a firing intro to a band that are already being touted as one of the most promising new r'n'b acts to emerge outta the UK in.....well, ages!
Produced by the Ignorants, this is choice, slickly performed urban gear from a group that we're pretty sure you'll be hearing a lot more from over the coming months.
Whilst the remixes change the vibe for a multitude of different dancefloor tastes.

Tantalize - Definition
Having teased our taste buds with their infectious debut single 'Body Rockin'' all-girl trio Tantalize return this week with more of the same catchy sophisto-pop in the shape of 'Definition'.
A sassy second single from the all-singing, all-dancing trio, it successfully throws r'n'b into its catchy pop mix and in the process should hopefully thrust this talented three-piece even further onto the UK's musical radar.
It also includes bonus track 'I Showed You', a remix and the sassy vid.

South - Loosen Your Hold
Since parting company with Mo Wax things have been very busy for this eclectic trio of musicians; they've toured extensively and signed a new deal with Double Dragon Music and, just to prove everything's fine with James Lavelle, lead singer Joel appears on the forthcoming Unkle album.
The first single from the band's forthcoming album, 'Loosen Your Hold' is everything that's great about this band! A song that encapsulates all the epic spirit and experimentation of the first album andcondenses it into a beautifully spun, three minute haze of giddy, timeless pop, it's a sublime single, and one that shows the true heights that South can actually climb to. Both formats also add bonus tracks.
