If you've bought goods or services you're not happy with and you'd like to complain, it can be difficult to know who, ulitimately, can sort out your problems.
It's worth noting that in the first instance you should go direct to the company concerned and lay out your position (see the Governments' site, Directgov for template letters you can use). It's recommended you keep copies of all correspondence and notes of phone calls and then if this fails to resolve the dispute as you hope, you can move on to the overseeing bodies concerned.
