As part of our continuing committment to offering you the best in information and entertainment, we're looking for volunteeers to take part in a telephone survey for feedback on the Tiscali website. 1.This competition is open to Tiscali customers and non-Tiscali customers. All entrants must be over 16 years old.

2. This competition is NOT open to employees of Tiscali or any agency connected with this competition or family members of any of these organisations.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. No cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Tiscali reserves the right to extend the competition for as long as necessary in order to get the required sample of survey respondants. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

6. The prize is as described.

7. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Tiscali . Winners agree to grant Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

8. The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Did you know that simply by increasing your screen resolution, you change your entire surfing experience? See more of your favourite websites and cut down on endless scrolling in three easy steps:

1. Go to desktop, right click and select properties.

2. On your settings tab locate the screen area box and pull the arrow to the right to enhance screen resolution.

3. Click apply, then wait. If you dont like what you see, or don't see anything at all, either press escape, or wait 15 seconds and your old setting will take effect. If you like your new setting, click OK to save it.
