We are aware of a recent phishing attack on our customers. This takes the form of an email claiming to be from Tiscali and asking recipients of the email to reply to it having first typed their password into the email. Do not reply to the email and do not divulge your password.

Phishing is an attempt to fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.
If you need to update your personal or payment details with Tiscali please do this by going directly to the www.tiscali.co.uk website and logging in to the secure My Account area, or call one of our help lines and an agent will be happy to assist you.
Please do not follow the links in the email purporting to be from Tiscali, do not reply to the email or enter any password details within it. Tiscali does not contact you by email asking you to update sensitive personal details.
