3. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
4. The prize shall consist of a bottle of bubbly on arrival and all your ticket costs as well as any food and drinks up to the value of £100.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
6. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
7. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.
8. The closing date for this prize promotion is midnight 2nd April 2008 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
9. Winner(s) will be notified by email within 14 days of the Closing Date. To contact you we will use the contact details supplied by you when entering the prize promotion.
