Firmer, perter breasts without surgery! Fayreform has developed specific exercises to target your pectoral muscles, which in turn support your breasts. Simply do these exercises twice a week and within a month you will notice a firmer bust.
 
1. Chest Flys
  • Lay on back with arms out to side, arms straight and elbows soft.
  • Pull arms up above you to meet in the middle and squeeze together.
  • Repeat twice for 12 reps)

    2. Anterior Raises

  • Standing, left foot in front of right with arms down by side and palms facing inwards.
  • Raise arms upwards and inwards diagonally towards centre of body to shoulder height.
  • Repeat twice for 12 reps)

    3. Bent Arm Pullover

  • Lying on back with arms bent over the back of head. Pull arms over towards stomach in a chopping wood motion, then return to start position.
  • Repeat twice for 12 reps)

    TOP TIP: to guarantee outstanding results hold heavier weights than you think you can comfortably lift, whilst doing these exercises.
