We live with a spirit who is very fond of removing items regularly used and returning them via the washing up water in the kitchen sink a few days later.

Tinned foods or cooking utensils, occasionally jewellery, lens covers off cameras and screwdrivers have all met there destiny in the same manner.

We do not find the spirit malevolent. However, we are reminded when undertaking DIY projects that they are not approved of because we experience a spate of flying tools or baking tins hurling themselves out of cupboards.

We have always considered the spirit to have been here longer than us and accept it as part of the household. We have never seen it but quite often feel the prescence grow stronger toward Christmas time and on into January and then peter out again.
