Dear Lyn
My husband died in bed in 1992 he was just 28, we had a little girl of 5. I never got to say goodbye to him and have never met anyone else. Can I ever make contact with him?
Viv
Dear Viv,
If you can accept as a fact that as we are all spirit, from spirit, and go to spirit - that while we live on earth we inhabit our environment in a suitable covering - our physical bodies, then you must accept that your dear husband also lives on as a spirit individual in the spirit world from which, like us all, he came. Therefore a physical goodbye was not necessary as he would be aware of your desire to have 'waved him off' as it were, with a 'goodbye' if you could have.
Goodbye is derived from the words 'God be with you' - and this he knows is true. It is possible that you could receive a communication from him by attending a Spiritualist Church or meeting place that has reputable mediums serving there. The Spiritualists' National Union at Redwoods, Stansted Hall, Stansted, Essex CM24 8UD, tel: 01279 816363 have a list of churches, and could advise you on the nearest to you.
God be with both of you and your daughter, in every way.
Lyn.
