I was visited by an old lady I used to look after

I would very much like to know if I have a guardian angel or how I could find out.

I have recently lost an old lady who myself and my husband looked after. She actually died while we were on holiday. While we were away I actually dreamt her death and told my husband the next morning that she was dead, this has left me feeling very guilty as we were not there for her. I have been having very vivid dreams about her and her home.

She also came to visit me this week, I was very frightened but I don't think she wanted to hurt me. It has, however, left me feeling very unnerved, could you help shed any light on this matter?

Dear Michelle,

How very privileged you are to have had a visit from this lady so soon after she passed. It's also interesting that she seemed to have waited until you were off relaxing before 'dying'. I sat with my mum all the morning, and when I nipped downstairs to answer the phone, in that two minute period, she went!

It happens very often like that. Those we care about, and perhaps have physically cared for, are able to communicate with us only on a vibration of love. All sensation is sent and received on different frequencies, and love is a very powerful conductor in its own right.

You are obviously sensitive to others' feelings in your everyday life, and this sensitivity has allowed you to become aware of someone in spirit. This is an indication to you that you would be able to find out about your 'guardian angel' - or spirit helper/guide, were you to explore your own psychic abilities.
