A star on the hand emphasizes incidents. A star on a line, or at the end of a line, warns of impending events for good or evil.

A star near the end of the Life Line denotes a shock and should be a warning sign.
A star on the Head Line - poor-decision making or an accident to the head.

If you have this marking between the Life and Fate lines about 4-6cm from the wrist, this mark may not mean that you literally save lives but shows someone who often works to help others for example Doctor, Nurse or Teacher.

Small series of four or five vertical lines to the inner side of the Mount of Mercury. People who have this on their hand deal in medical matters and are attracted to healing. This sign can also point to dental problems.
