I'm female and I love oral sex, both giving and receiving, but despite many times of trying, I've never been able to make my lover come through this activity.

He loves what I do to him, but after a while my jaw aches so much I have to stop doing it.

He is the first boyfriend I've had who I've not been able to 'suck off' to orgasm. He says two previous girlfriends tried but didn't succeed either. I think he has a less liberal attitude towards sex than I do.

He is also circumcised and I wondered if this might be a contributing factor. Would he need more penile stimulation than an uncircumcised man?

In fact, many men can't come through oral sex – despite your success in your previous experiences. That's the reason why the 'heroes' of erotic movies very rarely climax in the mouths of their lady friends; generally they have to finish themselves off by hand.

In particular, older and middle-aged guys tend to have difficulty in climaxing through oral stimulation alone.

The fact that your guy is less 'liberal' than you may be a factor. But circumcision isn't.
